Terms of Use
Last Updated: September 27, 2026
1. Introduction and Overview
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and AllSpark Legal, Inc. ("AllSpark Legal," "we," "our," or "us") and govern your use of any online service location that posts or links to these Terms — including https://allsparklegal.com — and all features, content, and services we make available through them (collectively, the "Service").
In some cases, additional terms, guidelines, or rules may apply to a particular feature or offer ("Additional Terms"). If there is a conflict between these Terms and any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms control for that feature unless they expressly say otherwise.
By using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not a Law Firm; No Legal Advice; Attorney Advertising
AllSpark Legal is a legal advertising and lead generation platform — not a law firm, not a lawyer referral service, and not a provider of legal advice. Participating attorneys pay a flat fee to receive cases through our platform. AllSpark does not recommend, endorse, or select any specific attorney and makes no representations about the quality or experience of participating attorneys. "Qualified attorney" means a lawfully licensed attorney who has identified their relevant practice area and geographic location. No attorney-client relationship is created until an attorney agrees to represent you.
The Service helps connect individuals with independent, licensed attorneys ("Attorneys").
Information on the Service — including case assessments, estimated value ranges, and general legal information — is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney about your specific situation. Attorney advertising may be present on the Service.
No results are guaranteed. Past outcomes do not predict or guarantee similar results.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Submitting information to the Service (including via the intake assessment) does not create an attorney-client relationship with AllSpark Legal or any Attorney. An attorney-client relationship is formed only if you and an Attorney mutually execute a separate written engagement agreement. Until then, you remain responsible for all deadlines, filings, and actions related to your matter.
4. Lead Generation; FCFS Broadcast Model
AllSpark Legal operates a first-come, first-served (FCFS) broadcast lead generation model. When you choose to connect with an attorney, your case information is broadcast to all qualifying Attorneys in your state and practice area. The first Attorney to accept your case is the one who contacts you. If that Attorney later withdraws, your case may be offered again to other participating Attorneys, one at a time.
We do not recommend, endorse, or select any specific Attorney. We do not steer cases to preferred Attorneys. Which Attorney receives your case is determined solely by which qualifying Attorney accepts first.
Attorneys are independent practitioners who pay a flat per-case lead generation fee to receive assessed cases through our platform. This fee is paid by the Attorney, not by you. Attorneys may also receive trial credits as part of their onboarding. The existence of a lead generation fee does not influence which Attorney receives your case.
By using the Service, you authorize us to share the information you provide (including case details and contact information) with qualifying Attorneys so they can evaluate your eligibility for representation. If you retain an Attorney, your information will then be governed by that Attorney's privacy practices and engagement agreement.
5. Assessment and Value Estimation
Our intake assessment uses a combination of rule-based analysis and AI-powered evaluation (using OpenAI or Anthropic) to identify potential legal claims and estimate a value range for your case. These outputs are for general informational purposes only.
The assessment is not legal advice. The estimated value range is not a guarantee of what your case is worth or what you may recover. Actual outcomes depend on many factors including the specific facts of your case, applicable law, and the quality of legal representation.
You agree to independently verify any information provided by the Service before relying on it.
6. Confidentiality Caveat
We endeavor to handle your information responsibly, but information submitted before you sign an Attorney engagement agreement may not be protected by attorney-client privilege. Do not submit confidential information you are unwilling to share with Attorneys for evaluation. See our Privacy Policy for more on collection and sharing.
7. Service Use and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. We (and our licensors) retain all rights in the Service and its content.
Prohibited activities include (without limitation): unlawful use; reverse engineering; interfering with security or operations; scraping or harvesting data; infringing others' rights; or using the Service to imply an unauthorized affiliation.
We may suspend or terminate the Service (in whole or part) or your access at any time, for any reason, without liability.
8. Content; Ownership; Feedback
The Service may include text, graphics, logos, videos, software, and other materials (collectively, "Content"). All Content is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
If you submit ideas, feedback, reviews, or other content ("Submissions"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish, and display the Submissions in connection with operating and improving the Service and our business, without compensation to you.
9. Communications and TCPA Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts/SMS, and emails from us and/or Attorneys for service, case-handling, and operational purposes. Your consent is not a condition of using the Service. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Email Opt-Out: Use the unsubscribe link or email help@allsparklegal.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject.

10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described there.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or tools ("Third-Party Services"). We do not control and are not responsible for Third-Party Services, which are governed by their own terms and policies. Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk.
12. DMCA (Copyright)
If you believe Content infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to our designated agent with: (a) your physical/electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (d) your contact info; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES — EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY — INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLSPARK LEGAL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
To the extent any liability exists, our aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AllSpark Legal and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Submissions; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party right.
16. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
Please read carefully — this affects your legal rights.
A. Agreement to Arbitrate. You and AllSpark Legal agree to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Either party may seek injunctive relief for actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual-property rights in court.
B. Procedures and Location. The Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement. Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless both parties agree otherwise, and may be conducted by phone/video or on documents, where appropriate.
C. Individual Basis Only. Class actions, class arbitrations, private attorney-general actions, and consolidation are not permitted. You and AllSpark Legal may bring claims only in your or its individual capacity.
D. Jury Trial Waiver. If a dispute proceeds in court (e.g., small-claims or IP injunction), you and AllSpark Legal waive any right to a jury trial.
E. Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing help@allsparklegal.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out," your full name, and the email address used with the Service.
17. Governing Law; Venue
