Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 27, 2026
1. Introduction and Overview
AllSpark Legal, Inc. ("AllSpark Legal," "we," "our," or "us") operates a legal advertising and lead generation platform that helps individuals connect with licensed attorneys for potential legal representation. We are not a law firm, not a lawyer referral service, and not a provider of legal advice.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you, and your rights and choices regarding that information. It applies to information collected through our website at https://allsparklegal.com and any online location linking to this Privacy Policy (the "Service"), as well as offline interactions where this Privacy Policy is provided.
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Residents of California and Nevada should review the Additional Disclosures sections below.
For questions, contact us at help@allsparklegal.com.
2. Information Collection
A. Information You Provide
We collect information you provide directly when using the Service, such as when you complete an intake assessment, request to connect with an attorney, or communicate with us. This may include:
- Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, city, and state. - Case/Claim Information: Details about your employment or potential legal matter, including information submitted through our assessment questionnaire. - Demographic Data: Age and other general information relevant to your case assessment.
Note: If you choose to connect with an attorney, participating attorneys licensed in your state who handle your type of case see a summary of your situation so they can decide whether to accept it. The attorney who accepts your case uses your information to assess whether to represent you.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you interact with the Service, we automatically collect:
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, assessment progress. - Device Data: Browser, operating system, IP address, device identifiers. - Approximate location: our hosting and analytics providers can infer a general location, such as a city or region, from your IP address. We do not use it to decide which state's rules apply to you — you tell us your state. - Tracking Technologies: Cookies (session and persistent), pixels/web beacons.
C. Information from Other Sources
We may also obtain information from:
- Marketing or lead generation partners. - Publicly available records.
3. AllSpark-Specific Data Practices
During the intake assessment, we collect:
- Your answers to assessment questions (employment situation, timeline, claim details). - Your phone number (verified via SMS through Twilio Verify). - Your name and email address (provided at the end of the assessment if you choose to connect with an attorney).
This data is stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase). Your intake session is identified by a session token — no account or login is required.
4. Use of Information
We use the information we collect for:
- Operating and improving the Service. - Analyzing your intake answers to identify potential legal claims and estimate a range for how similar cases have been resolved. This analysis uses AI technology (OpenAI or Anthropic) to process your answers — AI outputs are informational only, not legal advice. - If you choose to connect, sending your case to participating attorneys licensed in your state so that one of them can decide to accept it. - Sending you notifications about your case status via SMS (Twilio) and email (Resend). - Conducting analytics and research to improve our assessment and how cases reach attorneys. - Preventing fraud, misuse, and enforcing terms. - Complying with legal obligations.
We may also use de-identified or aggregated information for any lawful purpose.
5. Sharing of Information
We share information as follows:
- Attorneys: When you choose to connect with an attorney, your intake information, contact details, and case assessment are shared with participating attorneys in your state — attorneys licensed there who have identified your practice area — through our first-come, first-served broadcast system, so they can decide whether to accept your case. The attorney who accepts your case is the one who contacts you. If that attorney later withdraws, your case may be offered again to other participating attorneys, one at a time. We do not recommend or select any specific attorney. - Service Providers: We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: -- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication. -- Stripe: Payment processing (for attorney lead fees — plaintiffs are never charged). -- Twilio: SMS notifications and phone number verification. -- Resend: Email notifications. -- OpenAI / Anthropic: AI-powered case assessment analysis (your answers are processed but not stored by these providers for training purposes). - Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. - Legal and Security: To comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety. - With Consent: Where you direct us to share.
We don't sell your information to data brokers or other marketers, and we don't give it to call centers or lead resellers.
6. Data Retention
Intake session data is retained for up to 72 hours if not completed. Completed case data is retained as long as necessary for the case lifecycle and any legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting help@allsparklegal.com.
7. Analytics and Advertising
We use analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. We may use advertising networks to reach potential users.
You may opt out of interest-based ads via the Digital Advertising Alliance: https://www.aboutads.info/choices.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Access/Update/Delete: Email help@allsparklegal.com to access, correct, or delete your information. - Cookies/Tracking: Manage cookie preferences in your browser. Some functionality may be reduced. - SMS Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any text message. - Email Opt-Out: Use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us at help@allsparklegal.com and we will delete it.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Our database is hosted by Supabase with row-level security policies. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
11. International Transfers
