    1. About AllSpark Legal

    AllSpark Legal ("Platform") is a legal advertising and lead generation service operated by Beachside Ventures LLC. The Platform is not a lawyer referral service, is not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. The Platform connects plaintiffs who have completed an online legal assessment with licensed attorneys who have registered to receive cases.

    2. Eligibility

    To register on AllSpark Legal, you must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. state. You must provide a valid bar number, which will be verified. Registration is subject to approval by AllSpark Legal.

    3. How the Platform Works

    AllSpark Legal uses a first-come, first-served (FCFS) broadcast model:

    • When a plaintiff completes an assessment and opts in to connect with an attorney, their case is broadcast to all qualifying attorneys in their jurisdiction and practice area.
    • AllSpark Legal does not recommend, select, or steer cases to specific attorneys.
    • The first qualifying attorney to claim a case receives the plaintiff's contact information.
    • Attorneys may pass on any case without penalty.
    • Cases not claimed within 24 hours expire from the broadcast.

    4. Attorney Obligations

    • Contact the plaintiff within 24 hours of claiming a case.
    • Provide a professional evaluation of the plaintiff's situation.
    • Maintain active bar licensure and good standing throughout your use of the Platform.
    • Comply with all applicable rules of professional conduct, including ABA Model Rules and your state's rules.
    • Not share, resell, or transfer cases received through the Platform.

    5. Fees and Payment

    AllSpark Legal charges a flat fee per claimed case. Fees vary by jurisdiction, practice area, and case strength tier. Current pricing is displayed in your attorney dashboard before you claim a case.

    • Fees are charged at the moment of claim via the payment method on file (Stripe).
    • AllSpark Legal never charges a percentage of attorney fees, contingency fees, or settlement proceeds.
    • Trial credits may be granted by AllSpark Legal at its discretion for new attorneys.
    • Fees are non-refundable once a case is claimed and plaintiff contact information is revealed.

    6. Case Drops

    If you claim a case and subsequently determine it is not a fit, you may drop the case. Dropped cases are re-broadcast to remaining qualifying attorneys. After 3 total drops on a single case, the case expires and is handled through manual follow-up. Excessive dropping may result in account review.

    7. Confidentiality

    Case information provided through AllSpark Legal is confidential. You agree not to disclose plaintiff information, case details, or assessment data to any third party except as required to provide legal services to the plaintiff or as required by law.

    8. No Attorney-Client Relationship with AllSpark

    Your registration on AllSpark Legal does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and AllSpark Legal. AllSpark Legal is a lead generation service. Any attorney-client relationship is formed solely between you and the plaintiff, at your mutual discretion.

    9. Termination

    Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. AllSpark Legal may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to maintain bar licensure, or engage in conduct that damages the Platform's reputation or plaintiff trust. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    AllSpark Legal provides case leads on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee case quality, plaintiff responsiveness, or case outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllSpark Legal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
